Pbgen Roberto M. His most memorable accomplishments include “Zero Casualty” during Typhoon Pepeng in 2009, for which he received recognition from the National Disaster Coordinating Council, and being named PNP Junior Police Officer of the Year in 1996 for notable law enforcement achievements such as the recapture of fugitive Rolito Go.

He played key roles in high-profile events, including the peaceful resolution of the Manila Peninsula standoff, leadership in UN and humanitarian missions in Haiti and Iraq, and earning multiple best unit awards.
