A top graduate of Mapúa Institute of Technology in 1948, built a distinguished 36-year career at the National Power Corporation, rising from Cadet Engineer to Assistant to the President while shaping power planning and operations. As part of the “Magic 87,” he trained with Meralco, strengthening his technical leadership. He also taught at Mapúa, where he was recognized for faculty excellence, and served in key roles such as President of the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers and Chairman of the Board of Electrical Engineering. His contributions in energy, education, and professional service established him as one of the nation’s most respected engineers.
